    Good luck girlzmum!

Phoned to change my appointment to next Thursday with the MW as I've already been seen in daycare this week and they've got nothing for next thurs so I'm back in on Monday instead - think I probably prefer that. Plus it's afternoon so I get a lie in :D

With the isofix, they're generally compatible with a whole series of seats as you go up the sizes so you'll only need to buy one :)

    I liked Ella as a name but OH insists people would sing that awful Rhianna song. Our names at the moment are;
    Eil!s
    Hannah
    Cara
    Emma

I'm still swaying toward s Eil!s but I can't tell if OH loves it or not. He's very much a 'wait and see' man.
  • Some lovely names there - I really like Lydia too but OH isn't keen, and we've agreed on an alternative shortlist and will decide for sure when bambino finally decides to grace us with her presence.

OH thinks it's a girl despite a couple of inconclusive scans, so I freaked him out properly this morning since I dreamt overnight that Pickle had arrived and was a boy and we were arguing about middle names. Since OH doesn't really like the boy's name I've chosen, but hasn't come up with something sensible himself he's a bit stuffed when it comes to arguing with me about it. TBH I also now think it's likely to be a girl, but a friend of a friend had a surprise on the gender of her baby last week, so it just goes to show. I've told OH that the first thing I want to know is the sex so can he shout it out asap and now he's also worried that he might get confused with the umbilical cord :D

Back at MW tomorrow if nothing has happened tonight - please keep it all crossed for me as I really, really want to give birth now!

Good luck also to Girlzmum - can't wait to hear about it!

  • Here is the gender pic, so what do you all think, pink or blue?

Curious to what answers I get before I say, lol

Good luck Oscar, keeping everything crossed for you :)

Day 3 of my maternity leave and I'm already bored of property programs on tv, although I do want to move house a hell of a lot more! :rotfl:

Thanks for the isofix info! I looked in my car and noticed isofix tags on the back seat, weird how I never questioned what they were before now. So think we will invest in a base as I hate messing about with the seatbelt!

Continual diamond- I've no idea what to look at on your scan, haha!

I'm technically responsible for a 10 year old at the moment but he's not surfaced from his bed as yet :D

Diamond - Looks like a girl to me although the bit between the legs is black! I'd say girl on the lack of a visible winky, rather than because I can see girl bits :)
