    That option has gone now.

I'm going to have to shut it down anyway now I'm going round the corner for dinner with my family.

Will log back in when I'm home.

Perhaps I should ring someone to come to me to sort it out. I have no idea how much that will cost

Do you get the Samsung Logo when you turn it on? If you do it's at this point that you need to press F4.

    Thank You Both,

I did the holding down the F4 button, had the blue screen button sying recovery.

I now have a box come up on the blue screen which says:

    Microsoft.net Framework
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

the volumedoes not contain a recognized file system.
Please make sure that all required fole system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted

    I have three boxes,:
Details which has a arrow on the key so if klicked it will show more & continue or Quit

    what do I press next?

    Just to comfirm.

When you pressed F4 you got the Recovery Solution 5 screen asking you what you wanted to do? Restore, Backup or System software?

If you did what did you press?

After holding down the F4 button I got the screen like in the youtube video, it went blue & said recovery so I let go of the F4 button.

Then I now get the box as I typed above nothing else & I have not clicked anything else either

Right I pressed F4 again, got the same recovery then the blue screen to the box we were at before.

I then clicked cancel this time & I now have the following options:

Would you like to exit recovery?

    System shutdown
    Restart System
    Cancel

Any ideas what to try next?
