And Skintcatt CaTT and Beanie I'm still looking out for the partridge in a pear tree in both your lists
One other thing out of curiosity how many people on this thread Hoover food down and are people making an effort to eat slowly
I was rebound for eating fast but my OH makes speedy Gonzales look like a snail with a wooden leg and eating a bit slower helped him too0 -
Here you are Catt

To be honest it wasn't much of a binge. You aren't as good at it as meI mean half a cheesecake? 2 biscuits? 2 Country slices? You are a bit of an amature. I could eat a whole cheesecake, 2 packets of biscuits and 2 boxes of Country Slices. I'm sorry to boast, but I'm a far better binger than you
Now, there's your line. Enough already
Thanks for the line! Just cooking dinner then going to bed to stop me eating more - I can only do that badly Frogga because I don't have anything else in the house & can't leave DD in bed alone. I could do a lot worse if I tried, including ordering a takeaway delivery....
Add onto my list 3 kinder bars (3.5syns each - my dd's), another 2 country slices & half a mountain of SW chips.... I haven't weakened to the bread in the freezer YET but I might if I stay up after dinner

Lol, the partridge is next!
Hubby eats SOOO fast I think he just inhales it. I used to eat slower (my parents are slow eaters & they used to say I was fast!) but it's a bad habit trying to keep up with hubby since we've been together - I have been trying to slow down though. If we're sharing anything though I have to go all out just to get my share!! :rotfl:0 -

My children were teenagers before they realised that Easter Eggs had backs
That's funny you ask as I have tried very hrd this week to slow my eating down. I usually eat so quickly it barely touched the sides. Very embarrassing if I eat with others as I'm always the first to finishSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Mmmmm, Kinder bars. These have to be my biggest downfall, partly because DS likes them so there are always some in house. So small, so easy to eat. Truly one of the seven (at least) deadly syns for me.0 -
Lets do this... After a bad week, a reign it in week.... I've 1/2 lb on.... Now it's eyes down to finish. I have set my target. At last. I joined on 3 Oct last year and have lost 3 st 5 lbs so far. I have decided 6 more lbs is my goal. I want to be at target for start of October. So time for action.... Plan, prepare and lose 2 lb this week....personal target time. Anyone joining me?2014 reach my best.0

Evening all, talking of binges! Mine are pathetic, after my gain at WI I binged - 3 slices of thinly spread peanut butter
even on a binges I'm still thinking less is more
. Would of had more but used the last of the bread. Did have a choc bar later (penguin like) oh and a bag of mighty lights. Can't even binge properly as most stuff in the house is SW friendly which is good I suppose
.
WARNING TMI ALERT!!!!
Anyway had a sneaky peek this morning and have lost the gain. I don't normally peek but I suffer with IBS and am going through the bunged up stage. Had significant movement yesterday
so thought Id have a peek. Sorry if you were eating while reading this :rotfl:.
Ok food today
B - weetabix, milk, coffee, water
L - 2x cherry toms, cheese & pickled onion sarnie (4.5) with ltl mayo to stick the cheese to the bread (1) :rotfl:, coffee
T - lo new pots, beans, chopped cherry toms, poached egg, BBQ (1)
HEA - milk, cheese
HEB - weetabix, bread
Syns - 6.5
May have a couple of crackers later if peckish.
Bit light on the super frees today as not much in til shopping comes tomorrow.
Looking at others menus I feel I don't eat enough but if I'm full on what I eat that's what I should be eating if that makes sense? If I force anything else down I suffer all evening. Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Just finished off the ice-cream, a 2 finger kitkat, another 2 country slices & a turkish delight
If I'm lucky enough to have a weight-loss this week, I'll buy a lottery ticket
Oh & a bag of dd's crisps.... On that note I'm going to bed. Have barely been able to keep my eyes open all day & I don't know what's wrong with me!0
