Well done Magic :j That's a FANDABBYDOSEY result :T
Stick with it Beanie, we are so alike you and me. When we lose it, we really lose it don't we? The plot I mean, not the weight. But we can also lose the weight too. When you are ready, we'll all be here. Just hop back on board :A
Becks and Catt you've both done so well. I feel I'd lose more without bread, but it's a risk for me. Not sure I want to 'deprive' myself of anything as that's when it all goes wrong for me. It's tempting though? No carbs at all would be very hard for a veggie wouldn't it? I've already cut down on the fruit, so I'd be on just vegetables, beans, and yogurtHmm, I fancy that now
Maybe we could do a list thing of people who want to join in the 6 week challenge? If someone tells me how to do it I will. Then we've all got something to work for, 6 weeks is manageable isn't it? Blodwen? Inazuma? Maman? Eric? Are you in?
Anyway, here is yesterdays menu ~
Frogga’s Diary Day 37 Week 6
Breakfast~ Albran (HEB) &Rice Milk (HEA)
Snack ~ banana &blue berries
Lunch~ baked beans on opened wholemeal roll (HEB) & 2 poached eggs & grated cheese (HEA) on top sitting on a huge bed of leaves
ff yog
Tea~ half large marrow stuffed with lentils & spicy beans and marrow Ratatouille (onions, marrow, tinned toms)
Ff yog
Evening Treat ~ A finger of fudge (which wasn’t ‘just enough’ if I’m honest as I’d rather have 4 fingers of fudge, or perhaps a whole hand of fudge, but I’m learning Blodwen)
Dog Walk ~ 2 miles
Bike Ride~ 2 milesSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Well done Magic and Becks :beer:magicbucks wrote: »As mentioned yesterday anyone who wants to join Frogga Inazuma and me on a six week countdown stating w/c 9/9 go for it
More the merrier It's not necessarily a literal countdown as in buy one from class it's more a 6 week focus when kids are back etc to get us in good place and people can set mini targets which they can/ cannot declare in advance their prerogatives :grouphug:Maybe we could do a list thing of people who want to join in the 6 week challenge? I'll join you for half of it - last WI before hols is 23/9 so could do 3 weeks. That's 4 WIs in total before then, including one after a weekend away and one after a long weekend in France at a wedding, but I am going to TRY and get to target on or by 23rd - 8.5lbs to go so is a bit of a stretch, especially with so much going on, but I'll give it a go!
You're doing really well Frogga, I'm sure allowing yourself a little treat each day is going to make a difference.2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]

:rotfl:Morning All
Frogga count me in for the 6 week challenge. I need something to motivate me as I am getting very relaxed about the whole thing.
I have a potential medical coming up soon so it would be great if I could get my BMI down to see me leave the Obese club and join the overweight club.
Weigh in for me tomorrow - not looking good but maybe a gain will give me the kick up the backside that I desperately need a the minute.:rotfl:
Did a good walk last night so pleased with that - hopefully do the same tonight.
Menu for today:
B: Muller
L: Mexican Chicken Slices, Pepper, 2 x Baby Bel Extra Light, Courgette & 20g of Wholemeal PastaNo idea but still have those damn leaks to use!!
Snacks & Syns: Muller Mint Choc Desert - 4 Syns (well nice btw)
Drinking copious amounts of green tea today as well to try and flush everything out for weigh in lol:rotfl:
Looking forward to picking up the new mag at group tomorrow ! Anyone got it yet?0 -
Hi Lantana and Bloddy  It's gonna be a great challenge. I like doing things in a group (yes, yes, don't be dirty
) as I think we can all give each other a helping hand
I think the little chocolate every day is working you're right :TSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

I've been plodding along in the background and haven't posted in a little while nor have I been keeping in touch. I did start keeping track of my food on my fitness pal but on days when I had too many syns, I kind of lost interest in posting ....
I [feel] I've tried hard this week although I'm not sure I'm going to see [what I want to see] on the scales. :-/ In fact as much as I've been looking forward to weighing in, I'm also very nervous !
I'd be interested to know if any of you have any food/weight/diet/health apps on your phone as I've recently joined the smartphone age and can now shop in the app store !
I hope all are keeping well
I have the MFP app which I use intermittently - I like the barcode scanner but the info on it can vary massively so always check a few different entries before adding it to the day's count! I also use Endomondo for cycling and walking- now only use it for longer routes as I know the distance and cals burnt for my commute, plus it runs the phone battery down fairly quickly, but it's useful for seeing where you have been - the miles add up quickly! After my long ride the other week I tried to post it to Facebook (vanity!) but it wouldn't post, don't know if you need to be using the paid upgrade or something but will look into that one. One other one I use, although it isn't for everyone, is True Weight - you weigh in as often as you like (every day is best) and it gives a trendline - well moving average really - from the data, so it is more accurate as fluctuations don't count as much. As I say, not for everyone, but doing the fast diet it's interesting to see changes between fast and non-fast days, and weirdly I don't tend to get hung up on numbers so much as I can see that even if the scales have gone up a bit, the overall trend is downwards. I love appsanyone else use anything interesting?

Change of plan for lunch today! have got grandson staying (15) for the week and he had 3 eggs with his breakfast, alongside his bacon. Unfortunately he doesn't like beans, mushrooms, tomatoes etc so I've only got a couple of eggs left until I go shopping tomorrow, so not enough for scrambled eggs for me.
Had a root around the fridge and found some tuna which my daughter opened the other day so will have that with some salad in a sandwich if the grandson doesn't want it, otherwise I'll have a ham salad sandwich.

Count me in for the countdown frogga. Like lantanna, I'm getting a bit lax. I'm pretty confident it's the holidays but I definitely need something to keep me focused. My plan is to be back at the very bottom end of my target range by the end of September. That's where I feel most comfortable.
Your plan for yesterday looked good frogga, but I notice that water has disappeared from the proforma completely.;)
I'm out for lunch today at a friend's home. She's had a few knee problems lately so may not have cooked. I'm thinking M&S buffet type stuff so that may be OK. BUT, I'm pretty confident she'll have got a pudding as I know she loves them herself. The trouble is that it's OK not to order in a restaurant but harder at someone's home. I'll report back later.:)0 -
