Morning all,
M.o.s
Your Santa is fantastic,back stitch is a real pain but it brings everything to life,worth all the sweat and tears.

I have a lavender and lace chart (a Christmas tree),had it years,it has two charts one with beads and one without,each year I say i'am going to do it but all the fancy back stitch puts me off BUT one day I will do it.

Grey day here so don't think I will get the windows cleaned,oh what a shame!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I am unable to work at the moment due to ill health so I hope I can get it done in time. I just need to get the threads and material ordered

I too have a Lavender and Lace Christmas chart but like you, I keep putting it off! Maybe when I am really bored and my stash has depleted I will do it :eek:

We perhaps should make a new year resolution that 2014 is going to be the year.i say that every year!!!!! Always more interesting things to do!

Quality is equally good.

I used this company recently when I bought my evenweave - I see they have threads too at a decent price (if you compare it too Hobbycraft). They were quick too.

Thank you Sweetcarer and Louise, I will have a look at all of the places you have recommended this afternoon.

I think the design looks worse than it is because it is on a peachy coloured fabric, not sure what colour I will do it on yet but I will have a look and see what I fancy
