Hi ladies.
JCS. The flower picture is lovely, are they Pansies?
Sweetcarer. Nice progress.
Ems. Nice update pic, they look great.
Mrsmp. Glad your step mum liked the garden bench, though I'm not surprised as it was lovely.
Coffeeandstitches. Nice update, looks cute already.
As for me.
Not a stitch done at all this last week and unlikely any will get done next week either. Hubby has been on hols from work for the last week and we have been outside all day every day doing a building project he had planned with next week consisting of more of the same.
We have been outside from around 8am until 7pm and by the time we have both showered and eaten we are good for nothing except bed!
Today is a rest day and I feel I should be doing housework as I didn't do any on my usual cleaning day on friday but as last week was the most physical I have been in years my body just doesn't want to move!
Feel worn out just reading about what you have been doing. At the beginning of my hols I spent 31/2 days doing some major sorting out of the spare room and like you was too tired at the end of the day to do anything
I'm sure your project will be worthwhile0 -
morning all
spent most of yesterday stithing tiger cub, had to unpick a bit of the leg (the previous stitcher had added a couple of extra stripes for some reason making the leg 12 rows longer than it shloud have been) just got to put claws and ends of toes on that leg and its done. other leg is slightly longer but im getting scarily close to the edge of the fabric so praying it will fit. i suspected when i first got it it had been started on too small a piece of adia, but so much had been done it was a shame not to try and finish it. still planning on turning it into a panel for a bag or cushion.
got to go in work for a training course this morniing but will try and post a photo later.
love everyones updates and hope you are all well.SPC~12 ot 124

Not much stitching managed over the bank holiday weekend although slowly (I hope) my stitchy mojo is returning.... I really must get organised if I am to make any xmas cards this year or start/finish my friend's new baby card.... Why am I losing the love of my favourite hobby?0
