I have been browsing @ma@zon this morning. there are a couple of stitchy things I want from supermarket usa. the price is reasonable for the items but I'm not sure on the deal with customs and the like? The postage is free but I'm not sure if I will have to pay anything when they arrive in the uk? I think from the brief reading I've done, it depends a lot on how efficient the sender is with the customs declaration. I had in mind anything under so much money was free of import tax but I may be wrong.

In other/stitchy news, had cross stitch card shop arrive yesterday but nothing inside that I fancy stitching :(

I hope everyone is keeping well.

I had seen that site, but it just doesn't look professional enough for a company like Dimensions! Anyway, in looking for an old dimensions kit in my (far too big) of cross stitching stuff I found the instruction sheet. :) So job done.

The quilt doesn't look like much til it's complete and the backstitching gives it definition, but here 'tis. Plus the other one I did manage to complete for my beautiful little boy.

And... oh.. someone snuck into this one!

Firstly FOS, thanks for the pm, will get on that asap :)

Time2deal, really pleased you found the instructions, the quilt looks great as does the completed stitch. I think your lovely little one shows the scale of the quilt brilliantly :D

pm2326, nice update, will you complete it for this Christmas?

My latest RF update, I had hoped to finish it by today which would have been my granda's birthday, alas it was not to be :( I am on the finishing straight though, I've filled in the poppy field to below the small tree and I'm working across from the bottom left gradually completing the rows.

I love maps, what material are you using?it looks very fine,is it going to be the oldie world or the new world?worth all the hard work.
I've seem to have so many projects on the go at the moment, none seem to be growing.
I want to finish a blanket,(double size) I must be mad!!! It's bin 21 degrs outside!!
    Make four snow globes
    Coat for the dog
    Pin cushions for gifts (Christmas)
Goodness knows when I will have the time as I was volunteered by DIL to look After DG2 two days til Christmas.
Better to be busy than sat idle
    Happy stitching all.
I'm not sure what count the material is tbh, but it's very small and not totally even, antique looking
