I like 5 gold rings best so far, although 2 turtle doves is pretty coolemslovesmickey wrote: »blue_eyed_girl i can't wait to see what the other six squares look likeHi all
beg the twelve days looks brilliant. Can't wait to see it all finished.
The french hen comes with beret, glass of wine and a baguette. Have stitched the number 3 and the words and a little bit of the beret and that's about it for tonight I think.
Pleased to say that the rain had ceased when I collected DS from work. According to the weatherman we've had about 40mm of rain today - no bloomin wonder its been wet.

My latest wee projects finished - names obscured to protect identities and I have yet to let them know they are getting them.
Hope all are well, thank you for kind comments about my samplers - will order for material later - seen cut bits on E#ay for only £1.75 each, so no waste.

They are completely stunning. Do you mind me asking, were they hard? I mean could a complete beginner do them? Would it be possible to let me know where I could buy the pattern? Only I know an expectant mother who would love one of these
Sorry, edited to add, because I'm a noob I couldn't post the pictures...0 -

Thank you for your kind comments. I found it ok to do - its not too complicated - I used all the one colour - here is where I bought it - they have different designs using the same idea.

Hi all
Have finished Eeyore and Winnie (not bad only took me 9 1/2 years :rotfl:). Started it before DS1 was born and managed to finish it before DS2 grew out of winnie the pooh, well he is not actually into it yet lol.
Will post pics later as I am off down to Bristol today to collect DS1 from his Dad's, so will have 4 hours total peace and quite for stitching at Bristol airport. Have taken a couple more xmas cards with me to do incase they get confiscated as I only carry a hand bag.0 -
Hi ladies.
Winnie. Nice update, you have done loads since last pic! Hope you get your mojo back soon.
Sweetcarer. The SH hearts look fab, you should be very proud of yourself for all the effort and dedication put in :T
VL. Hope you got the colour you need to carry on with the birds.

Evening,
Here is the Sandy Hook Square for Noah.
They were designed specially but some were struggling with the fractional stitches on the flower so I volunteered. Just need to wash/iron and send off.
Very sad to stitch the year

Lovely updates everyone, I've been stitching like mad on BD and have done quite a bit more, here's the latest update.
I also stitched the wine glass word cloud from card shop issue 89 for my sisters birthday card, it only took me 2 hours to do it :j I did it with blue thread on a light blue aida.Cross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0 -
