Sorry I have been gone from this thread for a while, life been getting in the way and not up to chatting much, courtesy of the black dog! :mad:

I have still been doing a bit of stitching and have nearly finished Happy Nappers, on page 9 of 9, hoping to get it finished for my DD 17th Birthday on the 11 May.

Love all the update pictures, I have been reading and keeping up with you all, just not posting much on here.

Evening all, about to put feet up for a couple hours of stitching. Here is my current project and how far along I am. 4 main colours but 15 shades!

Btw how do you guys put your pictures on here rather than the link? I'm using iPad.

Bear update for today. Didn't get much done, chores took up most of today, then the light waned due to the clouds.

Open the photo you want to copy on a Flickr. In the bottom right of each photo is a symbol which looks like a box with an arrow. If you click on this you will see the code for HTML. Select all in the box then copy. Then paste the code into your message here

My next project is another Wedding Sampler The original was done on light linen but I saw a photo in the magazine of a version on black

The bridesmaids will be in midnight blue so I'm stitching it in navy Evenweave with silver sparkles and will change the real green for blue

Good luck at SW blue_eyed_ girl! my scales weigh 1lb less than hers so hopefully you won't be too surprised.

Well I made it to first class :j but my head is jangling with all the info. It was quite late when we got back tonight so will just bumble along tomorrow with it and hopefully I will have more idea from Wednesday.

I love these New York Pics. Would look brilliant in DS's rooms. You never know I might get around to treating him one of these days.

Hi all,

As you can see, I've finished the stockings. LOADS of backstitch and too many French knots for my liking! I have very sore fingers now :(

I have ordered linen from sewandso (along with some storage boxes and bobbins) for my next project. Won't get those until at least Wednesday so a few nights off for me (unless I find another little project to keep me occupied)

Will update properly tomorrow on all the lovely pics you've been posting. Off for a soak now :D
