Thank you to whoever it was who suggested Ikea for Emily's Dolly Mama's picture. I saw this one when I looked at the links and it was perfect for my niece.

I'm sure neice will love it. Frame looks great too. I've had many frames from Ikea - great prices and some great colours. Unfortunately we are 25 miles away.

I rescued this chart yesterday from one of the mags that was damaged by my spillage. Looks great too.

An finally before I use up an entire page of the cafe a small card I had done at the same time as the other ones I posted but for some reason didn't include with the photos - another freebie kit gone!!

Really pleased with how this is stitching up. Averaging one person a week so if I can keep going I should be finished in 4 weeks. That's allowing 1 week per person and 1 week to do the border and back stitch. I would to have it finished before the end of March so that's leaving a couple of weeks for any slack.

When I stitched this it took an AWFUL lot longer :rotfl:

I'm working on two pieces at the moment - obviously the monochrome monstrosity is plodding along, but for a little colourful variety I've been stitching a piece that's going to be a present. So I can't show it to you, because I know the recipient is a member of MSE and might see it...when it's finished and presented I will put a picture up.

Thanks so much pamperedprincess. As much as would love to order I'm going to pass this time around as I am trying to keep spending on stitchy stuff to an absolute minimum this year and use some of the stuff I already have. Purchases so far this year have been some thread bobbins and some thread heaven so I haven't gone mad ............. yet .

Why don't you pop into the Cafe and show us what you are stitching atm. Go on - we don't bite (much)
