beg - she looks absolutely amazing! :T Can't believe you are hiding her away in a bedroom ...why not put her somewhere prominent for a few months until your friends/family have all seen her and then send her to her bedroom? (lol)

Bobbis Mummy - Glad your Noah's Ark has been sent on it's way, it looks great I'm sure they will love it.. I always feel disappointed when I can't watch someone open something I have stitched.

    Mrsm - What a great bargain :T:T

JCS1 - Love that design, she is coming on really quickly :)

sorry, haven't caught up much been hectic.

have a MASSIVE favour to ask - if anyone can create a cross-stich chart from this poem (or can find a downloadable one) by 5pm tomorrow I would be SOOOO grateful.
If a child lives with criticism,
    he learns to condemn.
If a child lives with hostility,
    he learns to fight.
If a child lives with fear,
    he learns to be apprehensive.
If a child lives with pity,
he learns to feel sorry for himself.
If a child lives with ridicule,
    he learns to be shy.
If a child lives with jealousy,
    he learns what envy is.
If a child lives with shame,
    he learns to feel guilty.
If a child lives with encouragement,
    he learns to be confident.
If a child lives with tolerance,
    he learns to be patient.
If a child lives with praise,
    he learns to be appreciative.
If a child lives with acceptance,
    he learns to love.
If a child lives with approval,
    he learns to like himself.
If a child lives with recognition,
he learns that it is good to have a goal.
If a child lives with sharing,
    he learns about generosity.
If a child lives with honesty and fairness,
he learns what truth and justice are.
If a child lives with security,
he learns to have faith in himself and in those about him.
If a child lives with friendliness,
he learns that the world is a nice place in which to live.
    If you live with serenity,
your child will live with peace of mind.

It's suddenly reality hit me that it's kids last day at childminders on Friday and would love to try and wizz it up (or at least some of it) quickly ....... if not she might have to have it for christmas lol.

Ta muchly <<hugs>> promise I'll be back soon.
loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:

    morning all
chicky i hope you can find a chart for those words.
i think personally every single school nursery or childminder (parent as well come to that) should have it hung where they can all read it regularly.
can think of two schools id stitch it for one as a pat on the back because they do it, another to give them a gentle reminder.

got a few stripes on little tiger done last night, hes looking cute in a freaky sort of way as the person who started it had done all the balck stripes and a few of the paler ones ive stated on a brown orage stripe area so it has blank ee area and just looks strange. LOL
away at the weekend DD1 booked it at christmas so we were away near my birthday and our wedding anni so tiger is coming with me, he may have eyes when her gates back.

weather looking lovely again hope everyone has a great day.

Hi Chicky, have you tried the stitchpoint.com website? If I wasn't at work I'd do it for yiu but just about to leave. If I get chance at lunchtime I'll give it a go. If there are any other willing helpers we could all take a few lines each. I like the dublin text with 2 spaces between words..

If anyone is willing to help post on here and which lines. We can it before 5pm hen andwwe'd all have access to the chart.

Just a thought, not trying to take over or bully anyone.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
