that looks very nice tricksie, looking forward to updates.

had a play with that free words into stitching site that chicky found us and charted this up for 'my' teacher and her class at school, going to turn it into a wall hanging i think rather than framing it.

its finished now, ive added a backing and used an old mousemat to stiffen it a bit, but its still bendy so classroom safe for children. the cord is a piece taken from one of those drraw string plastic carrier bags like you get in sports shops.

Can anyone recommend a good free site that converts pictures into cross-stitch? I've tried myphotostitch and the pictures seem to come out very blurry. Has anyone tried this or any others?

I'm contemplating branching out from my usual kits.

Lovely work ladies. I wish I could make such smooth stitches but no matter how slowly I stitch they look lumpy.

I think my camera is good and makes it look smoother than it is :rotfl: there are quite a few dodgy ones and a few knots on the back too, but no-one looks that closely at them do they

Looking good nmm,it's growing really fast,still plugging away at borders but it is quite soothing as I seem to go in a trance and not really thinking about anything,

Off topic, but first (premature) lamb of the year born. Little girl, mother not get much milk so baby bottles are out of storage.

Apologies for the mother's devil eyes, couldn't get much closer and the mum is very protective and proud.
