Beg, congrats on making it to page 8 :j
mrs-moneypenny, great outcome regarding the kit. At least it can now be finished and hopefuly their system improved
gildius, wow! That great wall of china piece is amazing, I bet you can't wait to see it up on the wall. Do you have any idea of the stitching hours? Can't wait to see your progress of the next huge piece!
Erics Mum, so sorry to hear about your Mum. I hope she gets well soon... Sending my wishes.
Louise, what a lovely keepsake for your daughter and her friends. Are they moving up to senior school together? Love JE's Fairy Godmother, fantastic back too
Winniepooh, sorry to hear of your sad news. What a very young age to die, I am sending my thoughts.
LindseyandMatthew, what a cool way of using cross stitch, I am sure your's will be teh only party they have recieved such beautiful party bags. Must have been a labour of love though
Hi bargainfinder :T
Keza, beautiful sampler, I really love the little frame with your initals in. A really nice piece for your new home
nmm, wow BD is coming along so fast. Looks ever so life like, keep up the good work
FOS I would go with chart as that is what I search for on ebay. I think UK stitchers are more used to thinking of cross stitch charts rather than patterns. However if you list to sell abroad too you may want to add pattern in the title.
The heart is complete, just finished it :j Now off to wash it with a hope of pressing and photographing it tommorow. On to my next project...
Have a great week guys!0 -

Such mixed emotions when that happens. Not an easy thing to come to terms with, especially for the children left behind.

No, they are only 5The 3 of them met last year in primary 1 and have been best friends ever since that first day so it was just little gifts for them to remember their first year at school. We (the other 2 mums and I) plan to take a pic of them at the end of every year as they grow up together
FOC - I am keen to hear your strategies as well! Good Luck! So grateful mine was back in the day without theory tests0 -
hugs Winnie Pooh. life is cruel and mysterious sometimes
so I've just spotted this on sew and so. I think I've seen this design before and not thought much of it but looking at it again, I actually quite like it :T The cat is cute although I'm not sure about the colour of the cushion. Its a bit pricey too :-/
Chicky I think Table Table is a bit pricey for what is average pub grub. I don't really go much for these places where they have a uniform menu.
So the designs I fancy stitching at the moment are christmas designs - bit daft considering how warm it is outside at the moment!!0 -
I'm sewing Christmas Eric , come and join me in my madness!13 in 2013 challenge 9/130

morning all
no stitching last night, went to a school awards evening then watched sundays episode of white queen i missed that because of DS1 doing an open mic night and us going to watch.
winnie so sorry about your friend.
martial arts club tonight so taking bookmark with me to do some of that, got another email last night garden bench threads are being sent out and shes taken my suggestion on board of knowing the number of threads each colour should have so is infuture going to adapt the kits to include this information. im still not convinced i mixed more than one colour up but its really good of her to say shes sending a full pack incase ive used the wrong ones, ill send her back what i dont use so they dont go to waste.
have a good day all, lots of fluids, a hat and plenty of suncream.... opps sorry, playground supervisor mode kicked in there.SPC~12 ot 124

I'm torn between the party paws christmas stocking design (bonus chart) that was free with WOXS (not sure when) and a Margaret Sherry christmas design (a christmas cat sitting in a plantpot :T)0
