I was sorting through my stash and I've found some kits that I'm never going to stitch.
Anyone want them?
The Cottage card kits is a free cover kit from 2001  and is missing the tiny piece of aida. I obviously found a better use for it over the years :rotfl:. It's got the card, the envelope, the threads and the chart though.
The Tigger kits are one bookmark and one waste canvas kit (so you can stitch tigger onto another item like a t shirt). They're both complete with everything you need.

The large kit is a landscape of Polperro in Cornwall. This was a gift a few years ago and not something I'd have picked myself. Every time I open my stash to pick something new to start on I look at it and it never inspires me. I'd much rather it went to someone who likes it and wants to stitch it.

Let me know if you want any of these. I'd be delighted to declutter some more space :rotfl:
I have sent you a pm re buying the Polperro design.0 -
Right - that's Polperro found a new home :T
Both Tigger kits and the cottage card are still up for grabs.0 -
Honestly its not a problem
I've decided that I will wait and see what santa brings
I've also subscribed to cs card shop on 3 for £3 so that should tide me over till then. I would rather a caf! member gets the bargain than someone else
EDIT: Dear Santa, please bring me this clicky :A
Just in case Santa is reading this thread - and he should be - Slightly cheaper here and free p&p - slightly being a comparative term

Somebody had donated a lot of craft stuff to local CS I was in yesterday but they were selling kits for £4 and nothing grabbed me. I have been so good keeping to my no stash resolution but have bought tickets for the stitching show at Sandown Park in January. But that is next year so I can go crazy
DH came in at the end of one episode and now thinks I am watching lesbian !!!!!! That didn't happen in Cell Block H!
Buy buy buy!

I bought a full set from them many years ago when they were sold on thread organisers. Although I have since collected another full set on bobbins I still use them as a top up.
I've haven't used this company for mail order but bought from them years ago when they used to do shows and sold DMC wound onto small spools - which I still use. The spools would be too heavy to post but this seems like a good price for a full set of DMC already wound onto bobbins.0 -

Sorry TMIF but the offer above is definitely the next cheapest I've seen, thanks Tricksie for the linkCross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0 -
It used to be cheaper to send stuff internationally from the US. Our postal rates went up last year and the international first class (the cheapest method) tripled in price. My husband sells a LOT of items internationally, so we scrambled to figure out how to keep the shipping price reasonable, but it still went up. It hasn't seemed to hurt business, though.
I used to buy quite a lot from the US but rarely do so now because of the huge increase in postage plus the change in the exchange rate almost wipes out any savings
That's why sites like yours are so attractive because you deliver charts by email for download and home printing0 -
OMG you lot are a bad influence, I've just gone and bought the threads  Well the seller changed postage to free so it would be rude not to :rotfl:

Early Christmas present or just because they were a bargain ?0
