Maybe it would simply be better to put it aside rather than taking the thread off course again :)

Thank you all for the back advice have spent my time having a look at some back exercises specifically for this today, and also have a recommendation of an osteowhatsit! No idea what one does as yet but as soon as its officially diagnosed I am now in a position to be proactive , thanks to all you wise and wonderful people :)

Yea osteopaths are good at their job but @ £35. per half hour  its a lot of dosh to spend , but if you can afford it go for it and get relief then its worth it, that ones for you to decide.......I hope you get some pain relief soon as....sheila

The nasty PM's stop kezlou. I do not want this. I want to be left alone to enjoy the thread as I have been. Please just stop, please just put me on ignore and I will do you. Enough now.

I will leave for a few days because this needs to just die down and it won't with me posting.

I have been involved in too many scrapes and I will not be dragged into another one but I will not sit back and let people think you are delightful. Any more messages and I will post them on here for all to see even if it means I alienate all the toughies in the process.

Please go back to enjoying the thread. This is now over as far as I am concerned.

Is this really the place? I appreciate you clearly have an issue but could it not be sorted without dragging the thread into it yet again?

Silence and rising above, rather than rising too is often the wisest route to take.

I and many others really don't need it at the moment, there are plenty of genuine problem in life without Internet scenes too.

I am sorry but this is too familiar a scene and I really can't sit quietly through it again.

This seems a good time for me to wish all the wonderful posters the very best and take my leave as my life is full of enough of this type of conflict and attention seeking.

Well that a shock, only came back on to share more good news but hey that's life.

Ds2 just came home with a lovely note of his teacher for acting as a ww2 doctor. So chuffed!!!!

So two things in one days what more could I ask for.

Back to court in April, for next part of the case.
Tomorrow going to meet a friend, scary times, but I will do it. Check up before that.
Shiela so glad your feeling miles better :)

Sheila you should be able to get some varifocals for a lot less than that I did not pay that for two pair of glasses each for DS and me and one of my pairs were varifocals and one of DS were designer "should have gone to". :T

I didn't want to post again about the rift on here but as someone else has been so upset, I feel I must. I don't know the ins and outs and not taking sides but kidcat please come back when you are ready, especially as it has nothing to do with you. I have felt very upset about similar type posts in the past and felt I would leave but had a rethink. I get an awful lot from the thread both in giving and receiving support as well as the humour, advice and wisdom. I am concentrating on that and ignoring anything that doesn't fit in with that ethos.

Right I suggest we all carry on as normal... I felt so tired once the kids were back home, I left them in DH's care and went to bed. He cooked them tea and I woke up at 8pm. Apparently he tried to wake me up to eat with them but I fell straight back to sleep. DH heated up some soup for me and now I am waiting til I feel sleepy again an can have some more paracetamol and go back to bed. Only need to do the school runs tomorrow and dishes and dinner,. easy food in and the rest can just wait. DH can help again, a fine pair we are at the moment!

Eeesh Sheila £290! If you need em, you need em. You are doing so well, keep on keeping on.

Thinking of you Pooky and sending my best hugs x

    How are you doing stilty?

It really depends on your prescription - mine cost over £500 because I'm very short-sighted and have astigmatism so I'm very limited as to which lenses are available on the market for me :(
