Well i did it, bit the bullet and sorted through the art trolley that turned into junk pile. It is now clean, organised and i got to sit on my backside while i did it. Only thing i haven't done is clean the windows and dusted. But that wait till tomorrow when i feel up to it.

Its one job i've putting off for ages, doesn't like much but with the amount of gsce equipment in there its a nightmare.

So now i'm relaxing for the next hour, instead switching the heating on, might make soup or pasta for tea. Quick simple and things we all like. Guess what found load of coppers, must about £30 worth. All good and perfect for our trip to London in February.:j

Thanks kez - We are covering the bed with an old duvet cover, and that has helped. The only thing is it means the bed's not getting aired properly as it needs to be covered all the time, unless one of us remember s to nip upstairs and take the cover off when the cat goes outside, and remembers to put the cover back on when cat comes back in!

DH had his appointment at the sleep clinic this morning. The good news is that his sleep apnoea is mild and doesn't need treatment, but that still leaves the snoring. He's been given a leaflet about mouth guards which may help, other than that he's been told that losing some weight will help. He's only slightly overweight; he does have a snuffly nose though and gets a bit wheezy, but our own surgery says he's only "borderline" for asthma.

Shanks trust me every penny is here!
We have a system where if we have coppers and 5ps they go straight in the tin. Its an old thrift box which you slot pennies, even says rent gas etc Been doing it go it for years with the kids. We normally save all year round and crack it open for the summer holidays for ice creams and treats by the seaside. This time the box had popped open in the art box.

Hoping London will be relatively cheap as were staying with oh's family who live there. Driving up so saving on travel expenses. Its ds2's birthday so its a mini break and visiting the new baby and cousins.

Completely exhausted so just made lads eggs and beans on today, OH still at work so I'll have something with him later.

Ivy trying to think of another solution.

May sound odd, but try a one-a-day antihistamine for a while...they work for me. Or a supermarket nasal spray which opens the nasal passages. My DH swears by a nightly dose of Beconase at bedtime for his nose as it stops his snuffles & snores ;)
