Just booked a short break for next month, the Isle of Wight, a long drive down but what the heck, got 10% off for booking online as well.
I've never been and always wanted to go, so am very happy.

Downside is it's a super-duper bargain break as it's a mystery hotel, so could be anywhere on the Island.

GQ is fine just busy Elisa, I was talking to her in PM the other day.
It hasnt been nice here today, very overcast and breezy, but tomorrow is to be better I think.
Stupid Q - is there anything you can do with cauliflower apart from boil it? I'm so bored of soggy white stuff.

Glad GQ is ok, I miss her posts too.

    I make cauliflower cheese soup

Just the normal butter flour and milk sauce, add loads and loads of strong grated cheddar and make it nice and thick. I boil the cauli in unsalted water, drain (but keep water) and mash a bit, add to sauce and then add enough of the water to get a nice soup consistency and pepper to taste. Sometimes I sprinkle with chopped bacon or ham and sometimes I use broccoli.

I also love cauli raw with or without dip, but then I like most veg raw including sprouts and kale :D

Loving this idea as I love cauliflower cheese. I also like sprouts, I'd go as far as saying they are one of my favourite veg but only fresh as I found frozen yucky

Up and at it today as I am visiting a potential nursery for my little boy. I'm not a big nursery fan and prefer childminders but I am starting a new job and they have an onsite nursery. This will be a big help as I don't have a car now so we'll see.

This afternoon I need to batch cook some more baby food after my first lot on Sunday was a success. I am trying to save money by not buying expensive jars and baby food products. I must also do my tax credits review as I have been putting it off for weeks now

Hope you're all well this sunny morning x
