I think the mix of having 2 funerals in less than a week and the doc changing my migraine beta blockers ( they dont make mine any more  Gp more nnoyed than me) has floored me completely. I wanted to slowly give up the meds as my menopaause means I dont have migrines any more so have decided to give the new ones up from tonight. I have docs blessing so as I have nothing planned the rest of the week thats it. I really cannot manage feeling like this.
Stilty, I wish I had realised you were so near when we went to Skipton as I would love to meet you if only for a quick coffee.
I do hope all goes well for everyone who has children going back to school tomorrow - I bet there will be a resounding 'Aaaaaah' about 10 o clock when you all manage to have a coffee thats still hot :rotfl:
Special hugs to Mrs LW and darling Docky for tomorrow, be assured I will be thinking of you both.Clearing the junk to travel light

Oh, Docky love. I am so sorry that you are not so well. I will pray the the vetty person can help you so that you are soon back to your bouncy self again. And your poor Mum must be worried sick. I'll mention her as well.
Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

It was redundancy,
I will post more tomorrow as just off to bed after a very hard and exhausting day tramping around Birmingham (train nightmare).
Hope it all goes well for Docky tomorrow.0 -
So sorry Possession. It's too early to start thinking positively so wrap yourself in love and care. Take some time and be very, very kind and gentle with yourself.

I know I am a newbie on hear but just wanted to say i'm thinking about you Possession - such a hard thing to experience!
As for poor Docky - I hope things go ok with the vet! I hate having poorly pets (poorly kids = walk in the park!) I think its cos they cant tell you whats wrong!
DD3 seemed to have a good day as a big year 6 today - had a lovely catch up with someone I used to work with who is now a granny at the school gate! DS not back till Thursday and have tried to talk to him about doing well in school - but he is just not interested and the situation is not helped by his dads flat refusal to accept his recent diagnosis of ADHD - he just says he doesn't act that way with him (even though school, paediatrician and I have concerns) so it must be my fault! He's a loveling and very clever kid - but such hard work!0 -

Kidcat and Mrs good luck at the vets
Had last day with ds2, saw camhs and been accused to write a dairy of what the little man's like. Wandered through the cemetery and look at the old tree and headstones. Some were 200 years old, took for lunch at a another tea room. Ds2 loved his milkshake and pancakes.
So fingers crossed school will be fine.
Totally shattered0
