KIDCAT how about swing top kitchen bins, depending on the size of bags to be stored either the small ones that could stand up on a work surface or the bigger floor standers?

NUTTY I do through each room and dust and hoover every day whether it looks like it needs it or not. Unfortunately with 2 gardeners and a lurcha in the house it rarely looks like it doesn't need it!!!

just popping in whilst quickly eating some soup before heading off out again. Collected friends from garage after they left their car there for some work, then dropped friend's DH into town and back to friends for a coffee and chat. Just sat down when another friend asked me to go to hers for an "emergency". She is going away for a few days with her young daughter and asked me to store some sentimental items and daughter's soft toys and bits for her. Her husband is an alcoholic and although she hasn't told me, I very strongly suspect beats her. We had to do it all quickly before "he" got back. Talk about stressful, poor woman. I think the plan is to go away on a "holiday" and not go back. I know of a local women's refuge so will dig out the details for her. I know its a decent place, have been on a visit there and met the manager.

After that, book to original friends house for that coffee. Now off to be an agony aunt for another friend who has decided to stop taking hers ADS and seems all over the place. I have invited myself round as I want to see how she is, bit worried about her. Waiting on a phone call to drop friend's DH back at the garage and another call for friend to collect the belongings stashed at mine.

Today was meant to be gym, shopping and tidying before kids break up. Never mind friends 1st, chores 2nd. I wouldn't cope myself without some good mates in RL and on here. Have a quiet weekend to catch up though meant to be helping another friend with something else tomorrow.

ps dust and hoover EVERY DAY! I will freely admit.... I don't. I do sweep downstairs daily.... well most days but upstairs and dusting.... well best leave it at that!!........... off to the slobladies where I belong hee hee

My cat is sweet and not too wild, she has wee mad spells twice a day and seems to sleep the rest of the time. She wakes us up early at the bedroom door though Just got a big scratcher/bed/den thing from zooplus and she is sound in the top level of it now. It's so cosy that I want to get in there and play at houses meself.
8 days now of thick mist and drizzle here

Lyn you can send Darling Docky to me while you are away. I have never longed to travel, strange bod arent I but have a hankering to wander the markets in Paris. Think its mainly the whole plane / claustrophobia thing. I never know when or where its going to hit me ie dentist yes, lifts not really. Exams were a nightmare for me yet I took extra ones that they were trialling at the time and passed everything with flying colours - go figure.
