A telephone call might be in order to discuss with Weber Shandwick why they dont actually do anything and also why they delete threads rather then engage, would need a stout refusal to the " we will get back to you line"Proud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0 -

to which was replied,If you look the other "thousands" on here they are mainly complaining about mouldy/rotten food and shopping being thrown at them by rude staff at the checkouts. If you are fed up of the "whining" maybe ask Aldi to get rid of ParkingEye, then it would stop

Odd thing is that Aldi seem to be doing very well as a business.0

Odd thing is that Aldi seem to be doing very well as a business.
They might be doing even better if PE are shown the door.
But any business that allows (and by admission, condones) its customers to be harassed and bullied on their premises will ultimately pay the price.
Aldi's current 'success' is much more likely to do with the economic climate than the (dubious - look at the pics cropping up each day on FB) quality of their food and their appalling customer care. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
