I use Lidl all the time, I find them nice enough, and quite cheap as well. I have never been inside an Aldi ever, judging by the way they throw the items at you, double charge people for items, take to much money from people's cards (see today's complaints) , don't take credit cards, and use parking eye, its not likely that will change any time soonWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

You've forgotten the out of date food, the snails and slugs in the lettuce and the mould on their cheese.
Not to mention their 'dish of the day'.

Just had a look at the Lidl Facebook page, guess what, it's no different from the Aldi one, out of date food, broken appliances, poor taste Christmas advert, checkout staff scaning too fast, poor customer service with no contact numbers, even a parking ticket moan.0

But don't hang around talking too much to them, otherwise you'll get a PE ticket - then you'll see just how good they are.
Best of luckPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Here's a few posts from new Aldi customers that seem to sum it all up!I choose you as my new supermarket after spending years at tesco and you stick a parking ticket on my window! How very rude!!! Get readyWell big things will happen here. You don't get a fine for going shopping and putting money in to the aldi till! Do you?Appalled and disgusted with Aldi's car parking in Elgin, Moray. My 1st ( and last) visit last week, made the mistake of actually "shopping", looking at their wares, reading labels etc, filling a trolley and spending my money. Thought, "This is great".
Just got a notice, complete with photo of my car, saying I overstayed my welcome, send us £70.00 and DVLA had given this company my name and address.
90 minutes is not enough time to peruse all the goods available within this store, never mind take a trolley load through the checkout, bag them all up then pack the car and leave. Thank God there's not a Caf! instore, I may have stayed longer and had a cuppa!
Customer services say nothing can be done as Aldi do not own the car park or set the charges!!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

The only complaint I would have with Lidl is the lack of staff at busy times, sometimes the queue for the checkout is 6 customers deep with only 1 till open.
And also the council run car-park, every other car-park is free parking after 4pm, but not for Lidl which is 6pm.0 -
Well that's fine, but the point I was making was that Stroma said they have never set food in an Aldi and wouldn't due to reading the Facebook page, but regularly uses Lidl which, if you only go by it's Facebook page, has exactly the same issues.0
