That's not going to happen :mad:0 -
A lot of comment on the Aldi FB is starting to centre on Parent & Child places and Disabled bays - deflecting from the main issue.
And then there's the JimmyKnowsItAlls telling people to bin it, ignore it as well as 'you're legally obliged to reveal the driver'.
Still no confirmation of PE's position as to whether they are content (aka colluding as principal) with PE in taking their customers to court.
That I think for the moment is where the pressure should be exerted.
The answer has got to be yes or no; they can't buck-pass it to PE, after all they are PE's principal and are jointly and severally responsible. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

But it provides proof that the Parking Eye camera system does nothing to actually manage the car parks
Absolutely. I haven't read every single FB comment, but I've not spotted one that has nailed this aspect down so everyone understands the point and Aldi are made to explain how PE are 'managing' this aspect.
There are so many issues here for Aldi to face, but one thing's for certain they're going to have to face every which way, and all at the same time. Interesting! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

A CCTV camera linked up to dodgy automatic software does not manage a car-park, only humans can manage parking.
Just a shame Watchdog has ended their current run.0 -
Aldi seem to have woken up but with more of the same rubbish!0

And there are other consumer programs / radio programs?0

PE know when it's an Aldi car park so do Aldi, if they where serious about customer service why is there not a leaflet with the charge stating "if you are a genuine Aldi customer, don't worry ring our in house spy from the eye and get this charge cancelled"? simple but very effective, unless you want to make money from shoppers!!!0
