Just a quick bounce to ensure Google is updated. Oh, Aldi are liars.

So Weber Shandwick - is there a minimum £30 spend clause in the parking contract like [text removed by MSE Forum Team] customer services says or not ? Were you lying in December ? We'll take any silence as a YES on both counts. You do know it's rude not to reply to customers don't you ( and believe it or not I am actually a customer - I just ignore the parking rules ) ?

While Weber Shamewick have added comments to other posts all around this one, there is absolutely no response to this. I wonder why that is? Quite a mystery. Perhaps it really is a 'Yes'. Job done - a 'secret clause', invisible in a purported contract, surely that is unlawful?

However, this hasn't been tested at court yet, as no Aldi cases have gone to court. Is this another secret clause, that PE have no rights to pursue these charges, including to court level?

Oh, just realised this has also been asked of WS, and glorious silence has been applied to this question too! What an appalling situation where new Mums, elderly and disabled customers are facing, daily, the trauma of PE PCNs, with all their intimidating threats.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Few posts here....not a great way to treat customers..
Dear Aldi Team - whats with this Parking Eye nonsense? We have attempted to shop at your Boscombe store last week but found it impossible due to no parking spaces available and made multiple entry attempts only to find a parking fine in our mailbox today... A parking charge for an attempt to park? C'mon Aldi! How do we get this ridiculous charge cancelled?

Bumping from page 5 with today's latest
ParkingEye Penalty : Contacted ALDI Customer Services twice, and was instructed to phone their in-house Parking Management Team, who will resolve the problem on behalf of customers. the operator at Parking Management told me to contact ParkingEye.
Not only do Aldi penalise their customers, they make fools of them as well. I feel like I am being directed around in circles.

I had a work trial at one of your stores (Romiley) and I've been slapped with a pcn. Can this be rescinded?
