And which is worst and deserving of a 'fine' (Aldi's words, not mine)?:
1. A genuine Aldi shopper spending a significant amount of money on a week's shopping and as a result overstaying by a few minutes?
2. A fully fit, able-bodied person, slinging the car into a Disabled space and shooting in to Aldi, spending a couple of pounds on a couple of items, but in and out in a few minutes?
3. A fully fit, able-bodied person, slinging the car into a Disabled space and shopping elsewhere in the town, in and out in under 90 minutes?
Guess who's going to cop for all the hassle coming their way. How does Aldi square this?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Not really. If you open an incognito or private window in your browser and do the same search you'll get a different result.

I see than another Aldi groupie has appeared (Lee'anne Handley) she admits to working for the store but seems to have a very bad attitude towards customers. She also seems very badly trained because according to her Aldi staff are allowed to search customer's bags.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
