Aldi Facebook Page Kicking Off after Parking Eye LBAs

Hi all,
I know I face a reaction when I post this, but I work at Aldi and genuinely the reason for using Parking Eye is to try and keep free spaces for customers. The stores are much busier than they used to be and trying to ensure the car park is kept for customers is the aim.
Any genuine customers are not charged, letters from Parking eye are cancelled when proof of shopping can be given. All car parks are a minimum of 90 minutes (one or two town centre might be an hour) this is a lot of time for shopping in Aldi, tests have shown the average customer is in for under 30 minutes. The ladies who deal with customer queries face vitriolic abuse from people, that is not right, they are doing their job to help genuine customers and have no interest in causing distress to customers. Parking Eye have been acquired by Capita, a big services company and in the future this type of car parking will become more common. If you're a genuine shopper Aldi don't want you to have any issue, contact the customer services department and they will do their best to resolve.
The problem comes from planning permissions, if Aldi got permission to build the store on condition the car-park was for use of other local shops, and they try limiting it to store customers only, they are breaching planning law.
Not to mention that Parking Eye's cameras do not manage the car-parks, they only monitor vehicles going in and out, proper car-park management involves someone on the ground walking around making sure a boy racer in a stupidly lowered car isn't parking across 3 bays etc0 -

One negative story after another:-
My son had an interview at your Airdrie store. He then had a one to one interview. He did two hours training then was told he was unsuccessful. No reason given. He then got a 70 pound fine for parking for the two hours. RUBBISH.!!!!
As somebody has commented:-
Two hours work for nothing. If they do that with 10 people per day, well work it out. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
