Aldi, can you answer my question about bringing our horses to your stores, if we stayed longer and they were tied up in the car park, would they get a parking ticket?

  • Let's bounce this back again with a reminder of this gem from the Parking Eye website news page.

4 of the best - ParkingEye fights back against the forums
Unfortunately a number of motorists receive misguided and often misleading advice from online forums who claim that ParkingEye's charges are 'unfair' and 'illegal'. Previously this advice urged motorists to ignore all correspondence from ParkingEye.

Strangely the haven't updated the list of court cases to memorialize the last FIVE recent losses. Or the 67 losses at POPLA thanks to the forums led GPEOL.:T

And now PE have got some real car park management issues to deal with at the new Aldi Telford store - travellers have moved in with their caravans.

Time to call in your car park management experts Aldi to rid yourself of these, especially as they've already gone over their 90 minutes allotted time allowance.

Perhaps by the time they get shot of them they will have signed up PE.

Then they can get Rachel down there with a shovel and a brush :)

lol... of course, they can just pay their contractually agreed amount of 100, reduced to 60 for early payment and stay there as long as they like, as I'm pretty sure the signs just say "2 hours free parking. 100gbp charge if parking time exceeds 2 hours"

I'd say that's a good deal for a few years caravan parking - all fully above board and contractual and well!
