Seeing the "new" users posts have been removed probably best to ignore the bait if a "similar " user joins and attempts to bait you into replying

Best to ignore to avoid the thread getting thrown off course or worse still locked

So another massive public relations disaster by Aldi , do they deliberately do this, or they just so stupid that they consider customers as besides the point?
Was right there at opening time and have just returned from Ashton-Under-Lyne's Aldi only to be told that each store ONLY had delivered 8 MEDION 17.8cm/7 PC Tablets for £79.99 in the store!! Just 8!! Will be reporting this to trading standard as its not fair to do advertise widely on many brochures, papers etc... and only have 8 available to sell to the whole area of Ashton. All other stores including Manchester, Rochdale, Oldham, Hyde etc... have all sold out as soon as the doors opened. This is very bad public relations Aldi, I'm not happy at all and I am sure that are many others who also agree with me right now. Very disappointed.
I am amazed and very disappointed in a company that I have patronized for many years can run a national advertising campaign at a cost of thousands of pounds can then stock there store with so few products for sale i.e I queued this morning (6th in line) at your Mansfield store as per staffs instructions only to be told by the deputy manager they were allocated "4" of the Lifetab E7316 (MD 98282) for sale>Whilst queuing at the till. Total waste of my time and effort!! Consequently I have decided to take my custom elsewhere thanks to your brilliant customer relations exercise!!

  • With regards to these iffy hidden contractual clauses and the seemingly dishonest conduct of Rachel Ledson - what's the worst possible scenario that parking eye/aldi are engaged in? Fraud? Perjury?

People really should complain to the SRA about Rachel. The more complaints the better.

Oh dear, Aldi seems to have run out of tablets. What a headache!!

Yet more punters complaining. Another PR disaster. They seem to be very good at this.

Very stupid of them just to supply a handful of the tablets to each store and then run high-profile campaign advertising this product. I suppose their excuse would be be "unprecedented demand". Of course there was, you idiots. You created that demand with those adverts.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • The locals on the Aldi FB page seem to be fed up of hearing about Parking Eye ...... shame :rotfl:
  • Words fail me on the latest Aldi/Parking Eye trick. Some idiot posts saying he can't see why people complain. 1hr is plenty of time. Abide by the rules...Blah Blah Bloody Blah. On come the rest of the Parking Eye office staff with 'Well Said...' comments.
BTW Sarah Smith is one of them. Preeky seems to have disappeared.
