This weekend we have apple pecan cake with a toffee icing and a blackberry tart. Can you believe not one but TWO social things fell through this week? DH has had cake three times two day and tart twice. :rotfl: what's left he carts back to the office, but its pretty unenviable to try and cart lots of stuff back on a Monday morning. The tart won't freeze, so that has to go.
:eek: APPLE PECAN WITH TOFFEE ICING.....:p beam me up scottie

Enjoy it while it lasts, which isn't long. :)

Ours have a mad time at dusk now, and do much of it outdoors. Other than that, they are becoming quite responsible, though Izzy did swing on a tablecloth tonight.

She also took fright when the chickens squawked at her this afternoon. Rushing back towards the safety of the house, she fell into the metre deep hole we dug by the garden this morning! :rotfl:

    No harm done. :D

:eek:Christmas:eek: I am usually so organised with most of my gifts purchased by now, however this year I think most people will be getting something a bit last minute :o I do have the cards and wrapping paper in however that is about it!

A nice dry day here today so hopefully I will get out into the garden to implement another stage of my master plan ;)

Two beds painted, the two easiest, lol.

Quick coffee break. Getting far too much help for dogs and one of the cats.

We certainly won't get it all done today. We could in the time, but.....

We don't have enough wood stain I think and we just don't fancy popping out. We decided to forget the fence for know because it won't delay planting.

Oh, this is a long coffee break now....back to it, see if we have enough to do the big bed......
