  • evening all,

well the meeting went well today, but my god they want their pound of flesh so to speak... I now got to get back to them with revised prices...sh!te no wonder so many producers don't make any money.. BUT, it would be a good platform to promote our product in their catalogue..

They also asked for a spec sheet, and didn't know what she meant lol... I have loads to learn about this industry

if or when something becomes of it, I will then tell you what it is all about

    They're very 'puuuuurrrryyyy!' :)

I only have to walk past them while they're reclining somewhere and they start....."Puurr! Puurr!"

Apart from that, Lila is like our old Daisy and usually announces herself with an upward trill. Izzy is more of a whinger, but usually just seeking a bit of reassurance.

Otherwise, quiet. No growling or hissing, even when fighting, but their Mum was placid & gentle. :A

Hopefully she will become more secure over time, just think how far she has come already thanks to your love and attention. All our cats have been very vocal and waste no time in letting us know what they want. One will shout and lead us to the food area and will nudge the bowl with her nose then jump up and nudge the food container, just incase we need a reminder :rotfl:

Those stone setts look great, lir! :j

Bet it was 'fun' laying them, or were they vibrated-in with a Wacker? That's what we did at the old place.;)

Think by the time we've paid for the house stuff here, it'll just be concrete! :rotfl:

The stones weren't whacked in because the landscaper thought they might crack. He said other wise they were really nice to work with, Even with a huge number of cuts ( all those angles round the beds on the angle and if you look at the picture with the roses in it and see how NOT square the garden is there were a LOT of cuts! we just have one sand bag not quite full of off cuts! not one didn't cut as planned. This included a horrid, horrid cut where he sah bed some under the paver to make it fit over an immovable piece of ducting.

All that faff about BT? The landscaper didn't like how they'd set their box so unprofessionally so he sorted it out anyway. Its really nice to have something done better than we would have bodged it tbh.
