    Gunnera.

    I like them. The foliage. ( not so interested in the flowers personally). I've always liked them. They grow like weeds one of the countries I call home too. But I was never there to see them flower.....so. Maybe that's the connection? :)

    :eek::eek::eek: I just went out to the bin and there were maggots :eek::eek::eek:

    Thankfully the bins are emptied tomorrow but :eek::eek::eek:

    Funnily enough was just talking about this on another thread. We had them yesterday I noticed. Our bins aren't emptied for a week. :eek:

    ...morning all.... belting hot here by 8am. i am shattered ! 1st night i zonked out regardless of heat last night.:o:D.. my lounge is awash with goodies ready to take to shop at weekend..:j LIR/DAVE.... ive always had a giggle at gunnera... as i always used to get the name slightly mispronounced which has raised some eyebrows.........:eek: i hope your OH 's scan goes well lucielle. :) right im off to work. 3 days to "lift off" and im prepared for last minute panics !;):rotfl: hope everyone has a good day :D

    Each year Mr Choille announces that we've got out Gonnerea back when it starts to grow again....the gunnera that is.

    A female blsckbird must have smacked into the caravan window. I picked it up & it was crawling with maggots - it's that time of year I suppose.
