Yep mr Twonk is great at loading the gun with bullets for someone else to shoot

I phoned the councillor... he is now cacking himself, as he said it was done unofficially.. lol.. I told him I want everything in writing about the complaint, and what actions he took, when he asked why, and I told him about the harassment route, he then told me he wil have to ask his legal team about it..

Also when I told him about mr twonk strimming Jap knotweed which is right by the stream and some went in there he was on his high horse about that ( told him that before anything about the pigs) sooooo I am also going to push now for Mr Twonk to be done for it .... how the worm can turn hahaha....

So going to meet him here on Monday... and I asked if he could bring the paperwork I requested with him... Me thinks his butt is now well and truly twitching..

as the way I see it ( I might be wrong) if it wasn't classed as an official complaint, then it was the council that were harassing us on that occastion??
i put money on it that he did it "for a mate"... of course he's kacking it... i bet hes on the phone to mr twonk before your receaver was down :rotfl: when you see him tell him / ask him if he has any personal connection to twonk, if yes then the knot weed issue will have to be passed to an unbiased person on council with a full explanation as to why ;) be more than his buttt twitching..:rotfl::rotfl: in fact get an independant person there as witness to what he says.. OR... use his indiscretion to your advantage and get everything that you possibly can that aids your property.... wink wink

when i had my scans i asked them NOT to ask me if i was ok every 2 minutes and then listened to the machines "beat" and went back to my days of being in a tent at a rave festival :D :rotfl: 1st time they were all :rotfl: when they had to wake me up ! i told em i felt like a xmas turkey emerging from the oven...:D i agree with keeping eyes shut [but then i would as i fall asleep :o ] treat it as a speck of sand, time wise, in the .whole picture of things :)

I dozed of in last one too, but wriggled in my sleep so they had to redo some.

The beats/ sounds are kinda beautiful aren't they, like one side talks to the other? My toes tap along, when I drift off:o

I don't really want a scan, but you make it sound more pleasant than the filling I'm getting tomorrow!

Did I tell you my dentist has changed, and I now have this petite:D...er....yeah.... I probably did! :o

    My tuppence worth:
I would just try to get the facts if it were me, CTC. I wouldn't muddy the waters too much with stuff about Twonk, but just focus on who complained when, and what about, what action was taken and the outcome. You will be in the clear anyway.

If it's harassment, then you need to build up the picture of that. Tit-for-tat counterclaims about Twonk may just give others the excuse to call it a vendetta. You could still raise the knotweed as an issue of general concern.

    Just my opinion. :)

I agree with Dave best to keep things factual and focused.

Davesnave... I love you, as you are so level headed, Yes this is ded what I am going to do, I am going to write a letter to the councillor and send it to him recorded delivery, requesting the information etc...

I think this complaint might be include the illegal keeping of pigs, and the illegal slaughter etc, as he went VERY quiet when I mentioned that rumour, and he pipped up rather sharply that it def wasn't him, when I mentioned the RSPCA complaint...

will def put in the letter he needs to declare any connection to the person who complained.

After that is delt with, then yes I will put a complaint in about the strimming of the knotweed/balsm ... as I think if I done it, he would soon complain...

anyway piddling it down here at the ranch...so at least it is cooler lol...

I have two sort of silkie cockerels out with big chickens ATM. One has a crow, the other has a sort of sinister/ comedy whistley attempt at a crow, yet is the dominant one. This morning after he peeped out his whistle, he walked past me uttering a whistley little chuckle.

Quite sinister, yet cute. He is the white fluffy cat of bond villains, in chicken version.

Probably. Some people never grow old. :A

I wanted to age disgracefully, but it hasn't quite happened. :o

Having returned here after a gap of 40 years, I find it a bit scary at times, especially when I'm driving along familiar roads alone and some old song from the 60s is playing on the radio.....

It's like time has reversed and I'm 19 again.

    If only.....;)
