Having a neatish & tidy garden is not really an attainable ambition if you have a busy & interesting life - that's my defence & I shall fight anyone to the death who challenges that.

:rotfl::rotfl:I must have a fabulously interesting life going on that I know nothing about :rotfl::rotfl:

Seconded! :TI had no idea about my other life.

Mind you, with the wind in the wrong direction today, and Mr Dog's beasts in full voice, I have had thoughts of livening-up the mornings at least by opening a small enterprise of charitable status.

The British Hen Welfare Trust began a mile or two so from here, but that only caters for hens......What about a British Cockerel Trust? :D

Had an oil delivery today so can have the heating on.
Been chilly here in Suffolk since the weekend but now the house is tropical :D:D

So busy last week didn't know if I was coming or going, but this week plumber is on holiday and I can finally get some rest. En-suite nearly finished then onto the the kitchen. Having the doors and worktop and flooring replaced rather than the whole kitchen redone, so hopefully wont take too long.

Mr BD is enjoying the World Cup but I must have missed the 'World Cup' wheelbarrows last time Dave. Did they have footballs painted on them?
It is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.
