Cheers for that RAS. I have to go to Inverness tomorrow & think I'll have a go round one of them Comet type places. I would need something that I can bake in too which seems you can in one of those Halogen jobs.

Glorious here, really lovely so cut the grass with a new mover from Screw Fix - what a swank I am. Never ever had a new mower & fed up with other folks cast offs that won't start so treated mesel.

Choille - I have one of these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sharp-R959SLMA-Digital-Combination-Microwave/dp/B000L43KL6/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1401211750&sr=8-2&keywords=sharp+combination+oven I didn't pay that for mine when I got it 2 years ago, it was a hundred quid cheaper. It's only 900 watts. I find the oven part doesn't get as hot as the temperature indicates, so I just cook everything for 10 minutes longer and the next temperature setting up. It saves having my massive fan oven on, it even has a fast setting for roasting a chicken. I haven't ever used the grill part, however.

    Lovely bathroom BD!

Alfie well done on the chair sale, I hope it's the first of many!

    CTC the house looks fab!

I'm in a new job now, I started just over a week ago. All going well so far...back where I was in September. Different customer though, which means there are new things to learn. It's a year's contract so I should be fine. Yes I moaned about it while I was there, but my last job was much worse and I learned to appreciate a bit of professionalism :rotfl:

As for the future... chickens may be on the cards in a month or so, we're still undecided because the younger adults don't like having to look after them when we go on holiday...you think they'd appreciate the eggs but not enough...

Bah, just had such an annoying day, everything's taken twice as long as expected so feel nothing's been done.

Culminated with spilling red vino on the carpet

    Tell me about it! :)

I think I'm spending about 9 hours a week ATM behind one of the mowers, or the brush cutter. :(

My new angle grinder came today, so I should be able to change the blades on the Hayterette. Then at least I'll have a good rough mower.

We find grass clippings so useful for mulching, I do the tidier grass with Pete's old Mountfield and collect it. Everything that can fall off that mower has now, but it keeps going!

I don't think I'm going to make it with my 'tomatoes by the end of May,':o but I won't be far behind that. Peas are flowering RAS.

Not even a twinge today from the kidney direction, so I drank some more ACV. :D
