I have come across this recently on the net, yes. They may well lay better without a male, due to less stress (as Rummer said) and also I understand they are randy little birds so the females may have more energy for egg laying rather than just having to run away all the time to avoid being mated.
So no, you're not losing the plotHow many layers do you have?

The meeting went OK, although I was told yesterday wasn't really an emergency.
"It wasn't pouring out over the garden, was it?"
Apparently, that's an emergency. So now I know.0 -
I am sorry if I am being impertinent; I do lurk in this thread and find your conversations quite interesting :-)
I have spoken, the flower in the picture you have posted is a tropical hibiscus; the flower will last only a day :-( However, water it well and lots of flowers should appear soon. BTW, where/which garden centre did you purchase it from? I would like one too!Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74

Whose responsibility is it to check the tanks? I know some people never do, but with a shared facility I think the situation to advice when it's nearing the three quarter mark, for example, so people can budget seems prudent.
I think particularly with last years weather impacting on so always in some cases, and shared ownership where not all might be sensible about use ( wrong products, zealous bleaching etc) you are a brave and I think people should suck it up if you death with a problem.
If they are huge and the tenant isn't long term and ll is saying the rarely need emptying then tenant might have good moral case to present for a partial contribution only. I'd be annoyed if my ll was talking about dodgy practise. I'd be thinking about what shortcuts were taken with electrics etc.0
