Oh burger lir.
Is OH home??
Nope, just me.
Its too high up and too windy to try and secure anything up there ATM anyway. I'd put something heavy on the one that's down but its right on the biodisc!
I'll try and move it a couple of feet when I go out to feed in fifteen mins and then try and roll or lob a big stone on it. The roof is just going to have to see what happens. The0 -
Hope it works, loose flying corrugated iron is not my idea of fun. I would want it weighed down as much as you do.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Omg, its rough out there!
No chance I'm afraid. Its wedge so I'll just keep checking it every once in a while I think.
I don't think I have ever filled hay troughs so quickly. I'll have to do a better job later but, boy, its rough. No point even trying to skip out.0 -

All take care as it is rough.
The saw miller has had another accident - with a chain saw. Went up today & we've ordered wood elsewhere as it just aint happening locally. Dearer & haulage costs as it's coming across country, but just have to thole it.
Spoke with sawmiller & asked if he'd come at W/E & help on house build as he's a joiner to trade & feel really sorry that he's been treated in such a shoddy fashion by sawmill owner. He was asking the last 6 years to be sent on a safety course & for protective gear.
He's now got protective gear but will never use a chain saw again. I can't blame him - he saw the muscle inside his own leg!
So, feel that the days are going past & nowt's been happening - mind you weather is hardly being helpful.
CTC - POrk looks great & must be wonderful to have your own - my fav meat after hill venison.
Dave - many thanks indeed for the seeds. That looks very fetching - especially the shoes. No heels? Or is that for private?:D
Wind is fairly blawing noo & haggis & chappit neeps for tea..........0
