Good to hear from you, choille and RAS.
Pete visited last night. He still hasn't given me a bill for last November's fencing! :rotfl:
He was impressed that the sheep came towards him when he went to see them, showing that someone has been visiting them daily, if not exactly giving them treats. I must admit I have a soft spot for these, compared with last year's hooligans. They usually spend part of the day having a bit of a lark with each other. (Creeping up behind, butting & running off etc. or just charging about for the hell of it.) I still haven't forgiven next-door's sheep though!
Anyway, it turns out the leccy poles would be really handy for Pete, who's building a pole barn, so I will swap for some gate posts.
I showed him my stash of materials won earlier this week. As a man who is always down at the scrappy's, his remark was enthusiastic, but quite unprintable here! :rotfl:0 -
Davesnave, Ibet his language was quite cheerful lol
HAPPY Valentine's Day to all my Lovely Cyber ( and ones I have met) Friends.....
Never been a person to splash out etc on VD day ( ooooo just realised the other meaning of the initials of Valentine's Day), so no cards etc... All we will be doing is drinking a can of larger eating our very own bacon sarnies..as we are picking our bacon up today....
Its our Youngest's 18th today... so dreading the state he will come home tonight...
I wouldn't mind a couple of sheep in the larger side of our garden up the ranch.... maybe next year... will get some orphan lambs or something...Work to live= not live to work0 -

Looks soooooo good CTC!

Unfortunately, bacon is one of the things I've given up as part of reducing my salt intake.....and I'm really missing it! My morning egg just isn't the same.
The good news is that my BP is already down to normal levels, but I shall carry on trying to lose weight, eating oily fish and other fun activities.
Still unwell. It's only a cold & sore throat, but I have always been a terrible patient. I was so bored this afternoon, I claimed my State Pension. :rotfl:
Now I'm officially old!!!! :mad:0 -
My Emperor's outfit is complete, but I've removed the picture now as it makes me more likely to be spotted and ID'd by somebody local.
Pictures of sheep & hens are a lot safer!0 -
Love the golden pumps!!!!!!!!!!!!!If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

ooooo sexy!!! love your shoes.....
I think maybe the odd bit of bacon now and again will not harm.... I think they say in moderation, but at the moment I will pass on that lol..Work to live= not live to work0 -
