I think that I will need to set a fixed budget for food and take that money out the bank at the start of the week and when it is gone it is gone. For me it is the balance between cost and quality that is tricky to balance at the moment.
We need to do that for the wine ;)

Honestly, the breed are usually wonderful, ut she's a bit of a grouch. She's 100 percent with kids though. If we had kids we'd be staying with them. I grew up with them, and have been taken care of them as a tot. They are making kid dogs, ut everything happens so fast......including the fast forward to old bit. On the other hand, it means children get to experience a whole 'cycle of life' before going to university. But I don't want that now.

im keeping the sofa for best ;) in a few weeks i will christen it....:D

CTC... i have found A stone sink that may be of use ?? also a dresser that is not old but big.. 3 cupboards/drawers bottom and 3 cabinet top. it was made to order for a poshy and could be painted... its about 6ft long and 6ft high BUT it could be split so if you put a work top on bottom it would make a good "island" and the tops would be good bookcases/storage.
LIR has 3 cupboard tops similar enroute ;) think she will use as bookcases but behind glass or whatever..
