    OOOO Davesnave... heartbreaking times ahead:o..

We have had a huge problem with fleas this year too, sadly we don't spray the house too, as I find same as you BD I get bad headaches with the stuff. so we find a month or two months of front line drops normally does it, but not this year... I don't mind the odd couple of fleas, its when there is a sort of 'bloom' of them that I cant cope with.

LIR hope you ok after the hospital,

I know I shouldn't due to the amount of work we have, but going to have the afternoon, off, going to machine mart, to buy some bits we need, they are not urgent, BUT I have got a 16% off voucher, which ends on sunday, so might as well buy the things now, and then going to do a big-ish food shop

The revised map has arrived. :j

Sunny here now, and after two hours of grunting, swearing and heaving, the wood barn roof is off. :D A quick measurement reveals it is 9' wide at one end and 8' at the other.....:(

I decided not to check the length front and back before lunch! :rotfl:

Yes! That's the other cat, Daisy's daughter, the autistic one.

She is quite deaf and she does that whenever she returns to wherever she's chosen to sleep. It means nothing. She has never been so happy! :rotfl:

You really musn't make me laugh like that it frightens the animals and worries the neighbours - the mad chicken lady without chickens is laughing to herself in the house again

It is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.

Our cat is about the same age and does exactly the same thing. She only eats a mouthful or two as well then asks for more. We think she has Catzheimer's. ;)

And does she wee in your shoes as well?

I knew about confused older human males waking in the night and peeing in the wardrobe, but I didn't reckon on having a feline equivalent. :(

As they say old age don't come alone ( stop it BD:D)

Quite warm this afternoon, and very humid... they have forecast rain for tomorrow???

Havent long got back from supermarket shopping, was going to do a big shop, ended up getting a few bits...

was walking round, looking at the shelves, and also what people were buying, and I should imagine 90+ percent is processed crap.. and I just thought to myself ( again) I am so bored, an fed up with supermarkets, and big companies trying to feed/sell us crap.. ended up going to the butchers buying some steaks and a very large chicken..
