Putting rubbish in other peoples bins?

A lot of bins are microchipped so that Councils can weigh the rubbish of each residence. Wait until we have to pay for waste by weight - then the bin wars will really kick off!The man without a signature.0

About microchipped wheely bins - where I live a few chipped bins from separate houses are huddled together for collection and then scattered by binmen - we all just take in an empty wheely bin at the end of the day - without worrying about who's the "owner".0

Microchipped bins? Talk about Big Brother!
If that happens in my area (council estate with lots of families), it certainly will be bin wars.0 -

I think it's more likely to be rubbish in a local layby wars round here (rural wiltshire).
It's outrageous that we've gone from bin bags and weekly collections without limit to 4 different damn bins they charge you for if they go missing (your fault or not) at £36 each and won't collect any extra on a bi weekly collection.
I doubt they recycle any of it anyway frankly.
Little brother has been trying for days to get a local council to collect 2 doors with some non dangerous asbestos in them and they have refused point blank, he was going to take them to the tip but they refused also and have CCTV on the gates (would you believe!?) so he can't leave them there after they've closed either.
Bloody ridiculous, this is the reason why Greek roads are littered with fridges etc -because they charge too much to dispose of them!Unless specifically stated all posts by me are my own considered opinion.
If you don't like my opinion feel free to respond with your own.0 -
God almightly...talk about Little Englanders.
Uptight doesn't even begin to describe people who are so precious about 'their' bin.0 -
On our walk down to old Trafford to watch united, there 's a stuck up old git that will actually tip his wheely bin out and come after you down the road with the can/bottle you put in. As there are no public bins for ages, I don't see what the problem is. It's either bin, pavement or garden.
'THAT'S MY BLOODY BIN, FOR MY RUBBISH'
I came to an amicable solution now though - I won't use his bins, I'll just leave the can on his wall.
I bet he posts on here. If you do, hello. I'll be starting again in August xxhelpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y

their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'

what if you put the wrong rubbish in the wrong bin causing the bins not to be collected and emptied?
thats what used to happen to me at an old place, and it was really annoying0 -

If he doesn't want people to put rubbish in the bin then why does he leave it on the pavement, that's just asking for confrontation.
The alternative though is keeping it until you find another bin.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

I don't mind as long as it isn't disgusting dog mess or food waste. as for random passersby - I actually welcome them using my bin as otherwise the containers from the local Chinese takeaway just get discarded anywhere! and for some strange reason (due to the arrangement of the side street) it all gets blown into MY garden! so I have to put them in my bin anyway!0
