Shame it's taking so long it does look like a nice house.Just one thing I noticed on the Zoopla link - why are there no photos of the bedrooms? Loads of the garden which looks really nice, even one from a bedroom window - so the EA clearly knew how to use the stairs, but no bedrooms.

No idea Crystallady....I've given up with them on that front. Here's a link with two of the bedrooms....

I get so anxious about it selling that I feel sick at times. Oh well :rotfl:

the market seems to be picking up again so fingers crossed for you .
I really wished we had gone to look at your house , like I said before, the kitchen seemed to small but we have had an offer accepted and are in the process of applying for mortgage , and the kitchen is tiny :rotfl:

    do keep us updated

going to now look on zoopla to see how much you reduced by :rotfl:

I will indeed, apparently someone is booked for a viewing today....no doubt I wont be to their liking either.

    The last viewers weren't interested.

  • I hope you get a buyer soon, it looks like a very nice house. I'm sure someone will come along, it's just so frustrating while you are waiting !

I hope so, thanks. I'm not sure what else to do short of give it away...but I can't do that. :rotfl: I'm sure the bank wouldn't be too impressed.

it IS a nice house and in a lovely area , the price drop should show more interest, its all down to timing,
and don't forget you only need one person to buy

    stop stressing

    everything crossed for you
  • Sorry to hear that it is such an up hill battle, are you getting much feedback from agents as to why people aren't interested.

The fact that they were going for a viewing means there was potential...

I wonder if they are asking questions to agents that might give you more feedback, or possibly agents aren't chasing potential buyers afterwards.

It could be the house or it could be as simple as people are finding property in other areas.

Have you thought about trying to sell the house privately?!

Well, it's going back on the market in another attempt to sell it.

A different EA will be used this time, who lists on Rightmove, and we'll see how it goes.

EA coming today to have a look etc....

    Fingers crossed.
