Yes, propertybee very good if you use Firefox browser.

Property Tracker does a very similar thing if you use Chrome.

So So Sorry Dai Bach, I think I am going senile, for some reason I read your property to be in Pontardawe, not Y Bont

oh I feel such a fool, your house is in a fabulous place , we might have a ride past tomorrow , my OH was a fireman in Pontarddulais and he loved the village atmosphere,

please except my apology , xxxx

Are we witnessing a marriage made in heaven :kisses3: NO... the house, darn you, the house...... ... just don't rush off to the estate agent ... wait 'til it's off the books, THEN pay all us MSE forumites our commission - a very reasonable 5% each (oh, plus VAT and disbursments)

:rotfl:No apologies needed! We're only human.

Indeed, it's in the Bont, just around the corner more or less from the firestation. Although I don't live there now, I have a real soft spot for the area. Feel free to do a drive by...you might actually see the EA taking some updated photo's tomorrow.

Haha, I better get some room dimenstions posted asap ;)

I know what you mean about the coast in your previous post..I was thinking more Llanelli and some of the inland towns.

Well, if you do a drive by keep me posted!!

    To be investigated.

Too tight to pay the £600pm it costs to use rightmove...Ditch them. because rightmove is 90% of the market.
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

Quick, change the Forum title to House Buying, Renting and Dating Agency... oh, and update...witchy's just blown my Cupid skills and her chances by trying to get him on the cheap now.... :D

Is that all?? No way.... That's like less than half or even a third of a house sale per month to cover that cost.

Witchy1066, we'll have to agree to disagree on that matter for the time being haha. I think there are a few for sale on the street at the moment...so you might be able to get a three for one drive by. Now there's value for money!
