LOL this thread has really made my day

    DaftyDuck, you are quackers

Nope, sane, but bored at work, all-day, all-week teleconference, where a bunch of Americans with whiny accents are lecturing everybody about how "it" should be done. Everything. They are wrong. On everything. As usual. We have done this procedure before. They will not listen. They are American, they pay our salary, we will listen, we will congratulate them at the end for their concise precis... we will then do it our way, the right way, the way we did it only four months ago... we are not allowed to say we did it before, as we were a competing company at the time... we will then pretend it took us weeks and weeks and weeks, and that their advice was what saw us through the hard times... They will congratulate us, and we will move onto the next project, where they will whine and whine and um and err through another week of conference. I grow bored. My beak quivers, saliva dribbles. I go slowly quackers.... witchy is right .... quackers... . sees Pontardawe, Y Bont as important places to visit. Hopes cliffs nearby are high. Quack....

Still they whine and whine with their nasal voices.... ggaaarggghh I wish I was DeafyDuck...

Yep, everything about the "work" the EA has done just shouts 'not bothered'.

I'd certainly emulsion the lavvy using a neutral.

Maybe in a different market a house in Swansea would sell itself. Not now, that's a mountain the climb

Very apologetic phone call this morning...seems that some progress is being made.

Floor plans or at least dimensions have been added..I did say some progress...

    Hopefully updated photos to follow.

Just to pick some things not already mentioned:

    Text needs tidying up:
    "The p0ropety is"
    "low level ec"

Does the cooker really reside where shown in the picture - this looks really odd

Room dimensions - no metric units?

Must be one of those new fangled WCs? I noticed the typos yesterday.

The cooker does indeed reside there...

Being a fan of metric....I'd like to see metric units, but then there are people who prefer 'old skool' so I'll leave that to the EA's discretion.

I have noticed that they still need to update the photos also.

On another note.....Witchy must have got lost during her drive by.....

Another opinion ...It looks like a lovely house terribly badly photographed. Some decent pictures will really improve it

    Hi JournalGirl!

Yeah, that was one of the main reasons for starting the topic. Well, that and getting a general consensus on the use of an EA who uses Rightmove.

I totally agree. I have been giving the EA earache the last two days and I have been promised that they will done...although I have yet to see evidence of it. I can't wait to see them. Everytime I look the current ones I see potential buyers slipping through the net.

Thanks for the positive comment on the house too, its always nice to have a bit of a confidence boost when no one booking any viewings.

Just a quick update...at least the photos of the front and back are updated. Rear photo certainly an improvement.

Quite happy new with the new description and all the new photos taken by the EA. it's a vast improvement on their original effort. I feel they've somewhat redeemed themselves slightly. I should give them a chance I guess.
