what did you put in your original letter to vcs? think this is the same problem i have, i know what to send to POPLA but need to get the code first so what do i say to VCS in my rejection letter?

p.s. i got my notice in the post over a month after the alleged date, does this mean anything as some of the threads i have read say they have to send me the letter within 14 days for it to count?

You've been advised on the other thread you've hijacked what to do , please read the sticky thread by coupon mad on the parking forum

When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
