Thanks hoks! I'm afraid I am a Bit of a mess at the moment!!! I miss him! My knee jerk reaction is - get another cat to numb the pain!!!!!

(((hugs))) Well, I don't necessarily think that's a terrible idea to be fair. My cat gave me something that no-one else could and I still miss him very much. If I could have had another while living here, I wouldn't have hesitated. Just make sure you choose the right kitty for you. xxx

Thanks hoks- we are definitely still in the mourning stage so for the next few days I think we'll not be able to do anything but I might have to get another one, I can't imagine not having one now, might get an older one from a rescue-give it a good life while we can!

Just feel so so so sad at the moment, a little piece of my heart has broken this evening, I went and saw him last night and told him to be strong, he'd obviously just been through too much pain.

Oh C-R :( i'm so so sorry to hear this. What a sad sad thing and the fact he was so young it's heartbreaking (((big hugs))) and I think my initial reaction would be to get another to help ease the grief. I agree with you on the pet insurance it's well worth getting xxxxxx

Thank you dfw321, he was so young and so so beautiful, OH just asked if I want to go and see his body but I just couldn't, I just wish he was still here.

Thank you WABL and hoks! I now have a terrible headache but don't know if it's the alcohol or the sorrow! Haha! Self pity is a terrible thing!!
