I'll try the challenge this month
My budget is a guess this month, so for 2 adults and 3 children (6 and under) but I'm hopeful I can stick to it <:0)

Hi LittleMissHappy,
Have a look in Sra's Unofficial A-Z under Smilies and you'll find a step by step guide to posting the emotions.

Hi guys
not done this for a couple of months - and it shows.
So, back on the wagon for me. Room for a little 'un?
Can I post £250 for four of us. We started last friday (DH's pay day).
So far DH has spent £17."You can't get a cup of tea big enough or a book long enough to suit me." - C.S. Lewis0 -
Well done Oops a daisy, on giving up smoking :T
I'm in the challenge again for June with a £60 target. This will include buying fruit and sugar for jam. I should be able to come in on or under budget as I'm using up some of the huge amount of stuff I have in the cupboards and in the freezer.
good luck everybody! Here's wishing us all some good bargains!! :rotfl:... don't throw the string away. You always need string!

Okay after my May success I'm raring to go for June, my budget starts today but I don't actually need to get anything except potatoes and fruit for a few days, used the last of last months budget to stock up on tins, toothpaste etc from Mr T to take advantage of his £7.00 off when you spend £50 offer, DH wanted some pooter stuff and clothes so we lumped everything together. Need to finish my meal plan for the month, not felt so good the past few days so it's only part done, but at least the first few days are sorted
Still have loads of stuff in the freezer and cupboards so I'm confident that I can do well again this month. I have my eyes on a lovely tefal frying pan, my current one is supposed to be non-stick but isn't and everything sticks to it! DH has agreed that the whole £300 is mine to do with what I will, so aiming to put some by for the holiday and get some more kitchen bits and bobs this month. Good luck to everyone that's taking part this month
Goals for this month are to locate a good local butcher, find a local farm shop that does good veg, eggs etc. Aiming to beat the supermarket for price and quality. Plus I'd like to try at least two new things we've not eaten before.NSD Challenge 2010:Jul 12/12; Jun 21/14 :T; May : 6/6

Count me in again  I really enjoyed the challenge last month and have been very organised with meals/menus/shopping list etc. The fridge/freezer and cupboards are bare now as we've used everything up so it will probably be more difficult this month to stick to the same budget but not impossible I hope.
I'm setting a budget for £250 :j0 -
Ive lapsed at the challenge over the past few months, but I'm definitely going to give it a go this month.
I'm aiming for £320 this month, to feed two adults, 5 children, one dog, one cat and 8 fishDebt free since December 2015. It can be done0
