I know it is soul destroying sometimes
but they cause more disruption by hijacking others threads IMO When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

So I should send them another letter asking again for the code? Thanks for continued replies0

Yes, wondering if English isn't your first language but if so we can reply in simpler terms than this:Coupon-mad wrote: »Ask them why you got no POPLA code if you cannot understand why not based on the dates when you appealed. Like I already posted yesterday. Your continuing dialogue over this might force them to give you a POPLA code and if not it's a reasonable question for you to keep asking.
And if their reply seems unreasonable, you can report them to the BPA and DVLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Come in bit late on this thread, however, to all those people having a go at the OP for parking outside the store in a disabled space so he could unload a heavy, bulky object, have you ever thought that putting disabled spaces directly outside a store that sells bulky and/or heavy goods has very little to do with the welfare of disabled people, but more to do with providing Parking Eye with easy revenue.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0

Apologies...genuinely wasn't being sarcastic, just noticed we'd had to repeat ourselves several times on this thread even about whether to post a letter or not. We do get a lot of queries from people for whom English isn't their first language, as they don't understand whether it's a real fine or not (understandably).PRIVATE 'PCN'? Just send it, doesn't matter if it's different from the last letter as this stage is NOT IMPORTANT.
You just need a POPLA code.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
