I appreciate every bit of help as I have said numerous times and thanked everyone. Just got to be 100% sure and confident that uou know what you are doing and also it will be successful. Wouldnt want to go to court or end up paying more. I know its frustrating I just dont know where to start and dont want to get anything wrong. Again I appreciate everybodys efforts really do.0

You do know where to start; in frustration in my last post I gave you example POPLA appeal links to make into a draft like all the other newbies do.
No newbie here starts out an expert, they learn form the links. And they then win at POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes a few but that's irrelevant as you won't be appealing on that basis. What did you think when you read all the links to other POPLA appeal examples, what draft will you put together? Show us in a few days once you have copied & pasted something and looked at OTHER threads with POPLA appeals which are everywhere - and you can find them on page one and two of this forum when you look.
See you when you've done your reading and posted a draft which does not talk about the bay and does follow the format we suggest in the other threads you will read.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The last thing you want to do is mention the fact it was a disabled bay and you are not disabled. Include all of the paragraphs you see and then change them to suit your PPC name and your situation. Like every other newbie here does.
How to Win your POPLA appeal
Let's see your draft, we won't mind if you have copied pretty much everything from the examples given to you as long as you haven't ignored the links and written 'some old rubbish trying to justify parking in a disabled bay'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Another quick one would my first appeal be classed as the one I did straight aay on 21st april or the one I did on the 4th june using nigellbb example on page 2?0
-
Either. You don't need to mention them in a POPLA appeal anyway, as you can see from examples already linked. It's not a story about 'what happened', it's a list of what is wrong with the 'charge' and the 'contract' etc..PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes it was just because if it was april they are well over the 35 days to give me the POPLA code or if it was the 4th june they are still a couple of days late does that matter?0
-
Yes that is a relevant point either way - they should have given you the POPLA code with their first rejection letter. So they are in breach of the BPA CoP and you can add that as a paragraph to the other usual POPLA points.
