    If there is a problem sending online, then send by first class post, from the post office, and get a certificate of posting.

    I think you have to submit an appeal before it lets you submit evidence. So you have to write something in the box. Should I cop and paste everything in the box then attach pdf in the evidence section after if I can? Cheers

    Sincerely, hope you just sent it last week because your 28 days is up and gone. Loads of regulars have been on holiday and you needed to send it urgently.

    You can't faff about delaying a POPLA appeal or you miss the boat entirely. You only had to attach it by PDF link to the words in the appeal box (to avoid the wording being cut off, did you check your acknowledgement?), or send it by post. But you only had 28 days from the date of the rejection letter (not from the day you got it).

    Recieved acknowledgement on the 8th of august will be heard on the 11th october. I just put in the box "please see attached my appeal in pdf form"
