Dear Scammers, ( don't use Scammers, use the PPC name)
In regards to the invoice received with ref number xxxxxx dated xxxxxx, the keeper denies all liability to your company. I have already appealed against this charge. You rejeceted it and should have sent me a POPLA code, as per BPA guidelines. I new require you, within 35 days, to send me the POPLA verification code so that I can appeal independently, per Version 3 of the BPA Code of Practice.
The keeper has nothing further to add, and will not respond to any correspondence from your company unless it contains the popla code. If you wish to find out why the keeper rejects all liability, pay the £27 plus vat to POPLA to find out
The challenge will be deemed accepted if there is no popla code on any rejection that you supply within the time-frame stipulated above.
Yours faithfully

Had a reply stating my enquiry is of a generic nature and my queries can be found on the FAQ then they have printed all the FAQS on the letter. Then just the usual payment can be made by etc etc nothing else. Strange letter. No POPLA code again either.0

So they complain of a letter being generic yet their FAQ joke is generic as well. If they don't supply the popla code they time out.
You could write this if you want after the 35 days has passed.
Dear Parking Eye
In answer to your generic letter dated xxxxx, as you have failed to comply with the BPA Code of Practice by not issuing a popla verification code, the challenge to you is deemed accepted. This matter is now closed!
Any spurious small claim that you initiate will be defended fully with amongst other things the breaches of the bpa code of practice by your company, all with the help of the posters on MSE and Pepipoo forums.
Goodbye! When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

So what now? Just wait? Must have already been decent amount of days since I first requested it!?0

You wait until the 35 days from the date of the first challenge. They must either accept or reject your appeal to them. Popla has stated that the motorist shouldn't have to ask a multiple of times for the code. You've asked once and until you send the above or similar reply to them there is nothing further to do.When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. Is this Parking Eye? That letter does normally include a POPLA code, are you certain it doesn't? Is there no POPLA form attached either?
And can you explain how come there was a ticket put on your car (which you said in your OP) and yet you say this is Parking Eye? They issue postal tickets with remote cameras. Please show us a pic of the ticket that was on the car as I have never seen such a ticket from PE.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
