n the two photos on the letter it has us parked in the didabled space. My first appeal was trying to explain why we had to do this, as I say when they replied asking for name and address to process the appeal I ignored so should I just do a fresh appeal as if I hadnt done one before? Thanks alot0

Yes, just appeal as the keeper & be sure not to confirm or deny who may have been driving. Just keep the appeal brief as they will almost certainly reject it e.g.
Dear PPC,
I have received your invoice 9999999 for a parking charge. At the request of the retailer XXXXX the car was parked as directed as near to the store as possible so that the YYYY could be unloaded without damage. As the car was parked at the express request of the retailer please cancel this charge or provide a verification code so that this case may be taken to POPLA where various other matters will also be raised regarding the invalidity of this demand.

Ok thanks alot you two for your help appreciate it. Hopefully il be fine!0

Had a reply saying they now deal with them a new way and you have to do it via online form with address name etc?0
-
As they have written to you as the registered keeper they already have your name & address so there is no harm replying as the registered keeper giving your name & address but using a reply like that posted above.0

Done. So they have name address everything now. Hopefully will all work out
